Solo Competition
All girls interested in competing in a solo must contact Naomi Armstrong to ensure a qualified level 1 coach is appointed to prepare you for competition.
Preparing a solo item can enhance all areas of pupil skills and assist each child's development of stage presentation, deportment and self confidence.
Competing in the Solo season is a rewarding and fun experience in which children can meet and engage in a positive atmoshere with children from other clubs, establishing new friendships and broadening their Calisthenics experience.
Canadian Bay Girls have enjoyed great success in Solo competition.
